A1 Christian TShirts - Shipping Policy

Most items are processed within 3-5 business
days. After processing, shipping times vary
depending on location shipped to. Orders may take
longer during Holiday Seasons and peak ordering
times. Please allow 14 - 19 business days for
processing & shipping. Most orders will not take
that long. We will notify you by email as soon as
we find that your product has been placed on
backorder. Please note that backorders may take
longer than the standard 14 business days. If your
item has been discontinued we will notify you as
soon as the warehouse notifies us.
If you have not received your order within
19 business days (processing + shipping time)
and your shipping choice was UPS, PLEASE let us
know so that we may track your order via UPS
Tracking system.

When shipping our Christian TShirts apparel and
hats/visors our preferred shipment is by UPS.
Shipping costs are based on weight according to
UPS, handling and packaging charges. *Orders
placed from Hawaii & Alaska are shipped by USPS
only! Extra costs will be added to shipments made
to Hawaii and Alaska as price per quoted by USPS
and the shipping times are obviously longer. We
will notify you of added shipping costs.* We
currently only ship to the United States of America.

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes - please make
sure you provide a street address for delivery from
UPS! We prefer shipment via UPS because they
provide a tracking number system so it is easier to
trace your order.

We now offer shipping via USPS. However, please
note that when ordering multiple items it is often
cheaper to ship via UPS. Our shopping cart is not
set up to accept USPS. If you wish to ship via
USPS Priority Mail please place that request
in the 'comments' section - otherwise it will
be shipped via UPS. Your order will show the
UPS rates...we will adjust your credit card for the
actual USPS rates plus handling and packaging
costs - which may or may not be at a higher cost.
We CANNOT be responsible for lost items
shipped via USPS!!

All backorders are shipped by USPS.

Some of our Gift Items are shipped separate from
our Christian apparel by USPS. Please allow 14-19
days shipping time for gift items. Back-ordered
items will take longer for shipment.
